Eligible CNC work shows an estimate in about 60 seconds and normally receives an exact engineer-reviewed quote within 24 hours. Tooling-led and mixed-process RFQs are scheduled after scope review.
03Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Files travel over TLS into private storage with signed, expiring links. We sign NDAs before any detail is shared, and supplier handoffs are stripped of your identity.
04What tolerances can you hold?
Standard work follows ISO 2768-m. Critical features can be held to ±0.005 mm on milling and ±0.003 mm on Swiss-type turning, verified by CMM on request.
05What is the minimum order quantity?
CNC machining starts at one piece. Industrial 3D printing also supports prototypes; forging MOQ and tooling depend on part size, material and process and are confirmed during review.
