Fabvector collects and processes limited personal data to operate secure, auditable manufacturing workflows. We publish exactly how, where, and why it is used.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, business email, role, organisation, regional preferences.
- Operational data: RFQ metadata, quality approvals, shipment handoffs, audit comments.
- Telemetry: device fingerprint, session security posture, and anonymised product analytics.
How we use the data
- Deliver and improve the Fabvector platform, including security monitoring and support.
- Provide contractual manufacturing services, quality assurance, and delivery commitments.
- Audit compliance with NDAs, DPAs, Supplier Code of Conduct, and programme SLAs.
Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion, and restriction requests can be submitted via support@fabvector.com.
- Regional privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, PIPL) are supported through dedicated workflows.
- We respond within contractual timeframes and provide exportable audit logs on request.
