Industry
Robotics
From humanoid joints to AMR frames: precision parts at iteration speed for robot builders.
What slows this industry down
A robotics BOM routinely carries 50–200 custom machined parts — and a design that changes monthly, so slow quoting costs more time than machining itself. Joint housings demand 0.01–0.02 mm concentricity on harmonic drive interfaces, which most general shops cannot hold reliably. Volumes are awkward: 1–5 prototypes one month, a 500-piece pilot the next, and few vendors price both well. And the full machined BOM is essentially the blueprint of your robot, so IP protection has to be structural, not a promise.
Typical parts we machine
- Joint and actuator housings (harmonic/cycloidal interfaces)
- Structural frame plates and chassis nodes
- Motor mounts and gearbox adapters
- Sensor and encoder brackets
- End-effector fingers and tooling plates
Recommended materials

Aluminum 7075-T6
Aircraft-grade aluminum: steel-level strength at a third of the weight.

Aluminum 6061-T6
The default CNC aluminum: strong enough for most jobs, machines fast, anodizes well.

Stainless Steel 17-4 PH
Stainless that hardens like tool steel: 1,310 MPa in H900 with minimal distortion.

POM (Delrin / Acetal)
The machinist's favorite: stiff, slippery, stable — plastic parts with metal-like precision.
Recommended finishes

Hardcoat Anodizing Type III
Wear armor for aluminum: an oxide layer as hard as tool steel.

Anodizing Type II (Dyed)
Color that cannot peel: dye locked inside the part’s own oxide layer.

Bead Blasting
The uniform matte look: erases tool marks, hides fingerprints, preps perfect anodizing.
Certifications & standards
- ISO 9001
- We understand robotics buyers expect ISO 9001-grade process discipline — documented inspection and revision control on every order.
- CE
- We support CE compliance at machine level by supplying parts to print with the dimensional records your technical file needs.
We understand and support these requirements; certification and documentation scope is confirmed per order.
