Industrial Automation & Tooling
The unglamorous precision that keeps lines running: EOAT, fixtures and machine components.
What slows this industry down
Automation lives or dies on the parts catalogs do not sell: the gripper finger shaped to one product, the nest fixture holding one casting, the cam plate timing one line. Integrators carry hundreds of one-off and ten-off parts per cell, every one custom and every one on the critical path to commissioning. A line-down replacement is needed in days while project parts run in weeks — and the same vendor must handle both. Drawing quality ranges from full GD&T to a napkin sketch, so the supplier needs engineering judgment, not just a spindle.
Typical parts we machine
- End-of-arm tooling (EOAT) plates and fingers
- Assembly and inspection nest fixtures
- Cam plates, guide rails and wear strips
- Gripper jaws and product-contact pads (POM/nylon)
- Replacement machine components from sample or drawing
Recommended materials

Aluminum 6061-T6
The default CNC aluminum: strong enough for most jobs, machines fast, anodizes well.

Low-Carbon Steel 1018
The friendly mild steel: welds beautifully, case-hardens to a glassy skin, costs less than anything.

POM (Delrin / Acetal)
The machinist's favorite: stiff, slippery, stable — plastic parts with metal-like precision.

HDPE
The budget chemical-duty plastic: food-safe, nearly unbreakable, and the cheapest stock in the shop.

Alloy Steel 4140
Chromoly muscle: deep-hardening alloy steel for heavily loaded shafts, tooling and gears.

Tool Steel D2
The cold-work die standard: 60 HRC, extreme abrasion resistance, semi-stainless chemistry.
Recommended finishes

Hardcoat Anodizing Type III
Wear armor for aluminum: an oxide layer as hard as tool steel.

Black Oxide
Black with zero dimensional change: the gauge-and-tool finish for precision steel.

Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP)
Plating without electricity: dead-uniform thickness everywhere, bores and threads included.
Certifications & standards
- ISO 9001
- We understand machine builders need ISO 9001-grade consistency so a replacement part fits exactly like the one it replaces.
- CE
- We support CE machinery compliance by delivering parts to print with the dimensional evidence your technical documentation requires.
We understand and support these requirements; certification and documentation scope is confirmed per order.
